At Babycurean, we are only happy when you're happy. If you are not satisfied with your Babycurean purchase, please contact us for a RMA number. You have 10 days from the date your product was delivered to you. Because many of our products have a high probability of coming in contact with breast milk (considered a bodily fluid), we can only accept returns that are new and unused.

For your item to be accepted as a return, it:

must be unworn or unused; and
must not be washed; and
must not have any signs of damage or repair; and
must not be a custom or special order; and
must have all original packaging, labeling; and
must hale related materials in tact and attached to merchandise.

Your refund will appear on the credit card used for payment after we receive the merchandise and it meets the above criteria.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive your merchandise and it is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will immediately exchange your product.

If your merchandise is defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase for a no-questions-asked exchange. Defective merchandise beyond this point is handled on a case-by-case basis because each manufacturer has its own policies to be followed.

5% Total Price Match Guarantee

Our total price guarantee includes shopping and handling charges but does not include sales tax. To qualify for price matching, your request must meet the following criteria:

The price match guarantee only applies to the exact identical product - color, size & other options must be identical; and
Sale and special promotional prices are not included; and
The item must be in-stock at the competing retailer; and
We must be able to verify the item and price.

If you find a better total price online, please let us know. Send an e-mail to us at info@babycurean.com with the item you are interested in purchasing, the internet site where you found the better price, and the price of the item. We will reply with a one-time discount code for your purchase that matches the price and beats it by 5% of the low price you found.
