Shipping timeframe
CollegeBound products are all custom made-to-order.
Mei Tai are typically produced in 10 - 14 days and soft structured
carriers are generally completed within 21 days. Please remember these
times are only approximations. As with anything in life, issues can
arise to expedite the process or prolong it. On average, 85
universities change some aspect of their logo every quarter (small color
changes, new copyright or trademark symbol, etc...) and this is the
most common reason for slowdown. We work hard to meet these these
timeframes, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding
if, for whatever reason, we are not able to.
In stock items typically ship within 1-2 days following receipt of your order. Orders
received on weekends will ship on Monday.
Regardless of the type of product you order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is received by us and when it is shipped.
Shipping charges
Babycurean offers basic, single-item, flat-rate shipping on
all items for $4.99 through the United States Post Office. Please note
that, in some instances, there is no way to track the package and/or
guarantee delivery dates. These packages are not insured. We are
diligent with record keeping and will be able to provide you with basic
information regarding our drop point, copies of our shipping receipts,
and any additional information we are provided. Once your order leaves
our control (is given to the USPS), we are no longer responsible for its
contents. Should your package be damaged or lost, you will need to
file a claim with the USPS.
If, however, you prefer to track your package and
have real-time information regarding its progress, we also offer
tracked methods of shipping via United Parcel Service and the USPS. You
are provided more information regarding your shipped product with this
process, and the charges are weight and delivery-zone based.
