CollegeBound stems from the notion that parents come in all forms - and even tailgating, college football fans have kids! Before Babycurean launched it's flagship line, CollegeBound, there were no Officially Licensed baby carriers or thigh socks on the market. In a rather odd way, the idea of CollegeBound speaks to one ideal: parenting is an intensely unique job. No two parents or children are alike. Parents who support their team and school should also be able to so while nurturing their children. Why should mom or dad be forced to carry their baby in a floral carrier? They shouldn't.
When shopping for your CollegeBound products, you might be taken aback by what you think is a rather strange partnership between Babycurean, CollegeBound's parent company, and other manufacturers. Together, these companies are working to change the way baby and children's products are made, sold, and delivered to the market. We share the belief that people - AND companies - can work together to make the world a better place. Companies can foster greener practices, stronger families and communities, and a more resilient economy. Businesses can do this by fostering inter-business practices that are mutually beneficial. Quite unfortunately, we often operate at the detriment of the other - a zero sum game, if you will. Sure, there's competition among business, and there should be in a vibrant market economy. But, I believe that the right, hand-selected businesses can actually work together in a symbiotic relationship that works to the betterment of all.
We share strong beliefs with each of our manufacturers; children matter, families - no matter their composition - matter, and the earth matters. Care for what you have, and keep a keen eye toward what you're leaving behind. Don't get lost in a sea of useless products; be selective and choose only those that will simplify your life. So, as you stroll through our lineup and partnerships, know that folks at Babycurean and every company with whom we associate seeks to do more than merely provide consumers with products. Each and every one of us thinks beyond the transaction. The parenting journey is hard --- likely the hardest you'll ever encounter --- but it's also immensely rewarding. We believe it can be done a whole lot easier when you let your hair down, strap your kiddo on your back, take a deep breath and enjoy the ride.
