Leadership Team
Tracy Hart
President & CEO
Tracy founded Babycurean in April of 2009 following the birth of her first child. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Agnes Scott College with a BA in History and from Georgia State University with a MA in Political Science. She has passed her comprehensive oral exams and is a Doctoral Candidate in Political Science at Georgia State University. Her dissertation is in process.
Tracy has 16 years experience in the corporate environment where she focused on human resources and talent acquisition. She spent time with well-branded Fortune companies like The Home Depot and smaller, private companies.
At Babycurean, Tracy is responsible for long-term corporate strategy, finance and general business operations. She manages all manufacturer relationships, pricing, and the licensing process for the CollegeBound line of products.
Tracy lives in Decatur with her husband, two young children, and five cats. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. Her favorite activities include watching her son learn to play golf and soccer and helping her daughter learn to walk.
Kristin Schroeder
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Kristin is a rabid football fan. She lives for the beginning of fall football season where she spends Saturdays tailgating and rooting on the Michigan Wolverines.
Kristin graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in marketing. She has spent the majority of her career with smaller, private companies managing marketing, sales, and customer relationships. A fierce negotiator, Kristin is energetic, enthusiastic, and has a relentless attention to detail.
At Babycurean, Kristin is responsible for sales and marketing, product strategy, and market research. She's an integral member of the licensing process, manufacturing negotiations, and product placement within retailers and on the Internet. She brings much-needed energy, focus, and forward-momentum to Babycurean.
Kristin resides in Ann Arbor with her boyfriend and their daughter. She lives close to her mom and three sisters, who, incidentally, are also crazy football fans! In her spare time, Kristin enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and traveling.

Ish Holmes
Photographer Extraordinaire & Creative Genius
What's a company without images to convey its message, showcase its products, and create enthusiasm? A big fat doughnut hole, if you ask us! Fortunately, we have Ish. Born in the Philippines to a Filipina mom and a US Naval dad, Ish is the eldest of three kids. He had the benefit of traveling the world over as a youngster, but calls Georgia home.
Defined by focus, edge, and urban style, his photography delivers a powerful message. Able to capture any genre, Ish loves fashion, commercial, and product photography.
Ish resides in Griffin, Georgia and loves cooking, billiards, aesthetics, and wooing the ladies! Stacy Williams, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Starting a business is tough, running a business is even harder. A solid legal mind is indispensable when you're walking the path of entrepreneurship. Stacy is a 1995 graduate of Cornell University, where she studied labor relations. Obtaining her law degree from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!), Stacy graduated Cum Laude in 1998. She is the mother of four children, two of whom are twins. She's active in her community and is a fierce advocate for her clients.
Norborne Schaum

An Auburn alum with 25 years in the ad business working on big clients like Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, and Popeyes Fried Chicken, down to the local bike shop, Norborne translates a company's vision into tangible things like logos, slogans, marks, fonts, color schemes, and the list goes on!
